Through the tripartite strategy of "Cultural Continuity - Flexible Functional Layering - Community Co-creation", aging spaces are reimagined not as fragments of the past but as symbiotic vessels of collective memory and urban vitality. Grounded in the cultural DNA of Bijiang's Golden Tower and site-specific conditions, the design integrates contemporary urban furniture to establish a modern community cultural crucible. This approach responds to Shunde's contemporary challenge of vernacular revitalization, proposing a sustainable and relocatable paradigm for historic neighborhood regeneration that harmonizes heritage preservation with adaptive reuse.

通过“延续文化记忆-弹性功能叠加-社区共建”三重策略，老旧空间不再是历史的残片，而是转化为承载记忆、激发活力的共生载体。以碧江金楼的文化基因与场地特性为基底，融合现代城市家具，构建现代的社区文化容器。回应顺德乡土活化的时代命题，为老旧小区改造提供“可持续、可移动”的范式。
