A modular system of Chinese medicinal-herb planters — mint, chrysanthemum, perilla, mugwort, among others — designed for high-density workplaces and deployable from desktop to courtyard to rooftop. The project makes landscape legible in a double sense: the plants' restorative properties become immediate in daily working life, and a body of traditional medicinal-plant knowledge becomes readable again in a contemporary urban setting. It informs a university-industry research project on sustainable planter systems.
