陆河十大公园 Ten Parks Regional Enhancement, Luhe County

Part of Guangdong's "Hundred, Thousand, Ten Thousand Project," this work upgraded the ecological and recreational quality of ten county parks. Beyond beautification, it interpreted a provincial rural-revitalization policy into spatial frameworks that local governments and communities could recognize, discuss, and act upon — design as a practice of translation between policy and place.
