Techno-scape 4.0
Taking Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen as its testbed, this project explores renewal strategies for urban districts under the pressure of emerging technologies. Rather than treating technology as an external force disrupting the city, the design asks how new technological programs can be spatially absorbed into the existing fabric of a historic electronics district — a future-facing urbanism grounded in a real, dense, and commercially vital site.
