Bio Location

Death is among the last territories landscape architecture has been asked to design — and among the most consequential, as conventional burial consumes land and resources at urban scale. This thesis explores emerging, sustainable forms of body disposition, and asks how landscape can absorb them: not as cemeteries at the city's edge, but as living, cyclical places woven into everyday territory, where decomposition becomes regeneration and remembrance takes the form of stewardship rather than stone.
